1. Online eShop ordering is the quickest method you can use to place an order with NETSYSS. To start shopping, go to our Product Categories page.
   
   Several ways can be used to get there;

   (A)-	by clicking on the "eShop" icon in the header top right corner.
   (B)-	by clicking on "my cart" icon which is also located in the header top right corner. When no items have been added to your cart, "my cart" link will display a page with "Your Shopping Cart is empty!" and a "Continue" icon which will lead to the product categories page.
   (C)-	by clicking the "SALES" main menu. You will find a >> Go To Our E-Shop link.

2. Clicking on a desired Category will display its sub-categories. A page will open containing two sections, top section displaying all the sub-categories and the bottom section displaying New Products For the current month at the time of viewing.
3. Clicking on a desired Sub-Category will display all its Products from All Manufacturers. To filter the products further you can utilise the dropdown list to select any of the available options.
4. Select the product that you require by preferably clicking or its "Details" icon to open its details page containing more information about the product such as Prices, Description, Product ID, Stock Level, Vendor ID, full Product Information and the date the product was added to our catalogue.
5. To add the product to the shopping cart, click on "Add to cart now" icon at the bottom of the details page.
6. Now you will be viewing the shopping cart content. This is where you need to check you order. If you need to delete an item click in the "Remove" checkbox to the left of the product and then click "Update", this will remove any unwanted products. If you find that you are missing any products you can continue shopping. That link will take you back to the product categories page where you can add more products to your cart.

You can go back and forth as much as you like until you have what you want in your shopping cart. Once you are happy with your shopping cart content you can proceed to the "Checkout" stage.

Besides the cart content top section, the shopping cart page contains another section with the sub-heading of "Shipping Options/Freight Calculator". If you arrived to the cart content page before signing in, you can use the Recalculate link to workout freight cost to any specific Postal Code.

1. Click either the "Checkout" icon or the "Log In" link in the shopping cart page as described in above section.
2. If  not signed in yet, you will be taken to the login page with the heading "WELCOME - PLEASE SIGN IN". If you are new to our website you will need to create an account with NETSYSS website by registering and becoming a member. It is FREE to register and will allow you to shop quicker with any subsequent purchases as well as tracking your orders.
3. Once you complete the registration form and click "Submit" you will be re-directed to your shopping cart.
4. Click "Checkout" icon to move on to the delivery or shipping page. Here you will be able to "Change Address" if desired, add comments about your order and so forth.
5. Click "Continue" to continue checkout procedure and move on to the payment page where the payment method can be selected, see below section.

NOTE: Your order will be processed once Payment has been received and cleared. Cheques not honoured by your bank will attract a $45.00 dishonour fee.

The Change Address and Add Comments options are kept in the payment page for convenience. Once you selected the payment method you desire by clicking it, (note the radio button to the right) and entered all required information, click "Continue" to move forward to the confirmation page, see below section.

You need to view our Terms and Conditions and agree to it by checking its checkbox. If you don't do so your order cannot be processed. Click "Confirm Order" to confirm your order. Providing all information are entered correctly by you and no system malfunction occurs you should get a "Thank You for Your Order!" success page with appropriate information related to your order otherwise unsuccessful error message will be displayed.
