Our I.T. (Information Technology) contracts are designed to ensure your system uptime is maximised. We have on offer cost-effective and attractive service level agreements (SLAs) that can be fully customised to match your business needs.  
   
Step 1
We begin the process of providing you with a match-to-needs contract by simply meeting with you, discussing your requirements and performing an initial system audit. Once the initial objective is accomplished then an I.T. service proposal will be issued containing purpose, overview, scope, deliverables, procedures and budget information. Once the proposal is finalised and signed by both parties, the contract commences.
