Project - Specialist Work
 arrow Business Hourly Rate (9:00am - 5:30pm): $150 .00 GST exclusive
 arrow Specialist Work Hourly Rate (e.g. SQL, Exchange): $175.00 GST exclusive

Project and Specialist work

General Terms
 arrow Small / NFP (Not For Profit) Business Special Rate: $90.00 GST exclusive
 arrow Call out fee ($80.00 GST exclusive) applies per each Engineer pre each visit
 arrow SLA monthly allowance is non-accumulative
 arrow SLA monthly allowance if exceeded non-SLA rates will apply
 arrow SLA monthly allowance is adjustable within 1st 3 months
 arrow SLA monthly unused hours is credited if any project work within same month
 arrow After Hours work must be pre-arranged, higher charges apply as follows;
    arrow 5:30pm - 9:00am & Saturdays: x 1.5 uplift
    arrow Sundays: x 2.0 uplift
